If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging whenever possible.


How To Request A Return

  • Photos (if the item arrived damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos to help us investigate the issue.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.


Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the item has been received (when applicable), your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund transaction.


Non-Returnable Situations

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or returns for:

  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear
  • Return requests submitted more than 15 days after delivery
  • Products returned without prior authorization
  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
